Here is the amazing prefab house design that was designed by Yudha Ratmawan, an UII Arhitecture student that was designing this cool prefab house for his Final Project [ right now had graduated and now working as an freelancer architect that focusing in 3d visualisation and architecture animation ].

The prototype of Modern House design have eight different style that represent a modern living style from indonesian people, with the huge needs of modern designs that can resolve the main problem in housing, such as effectivity, simplicty, and efficiency this house was designed to fullfill those needs and meet the criteria in all of modern design aspect. Thru the anlysis of appropriate site, the site that is suitable with the common needs is determined using a 200m² site, using 3×3m modular system for the structural design and has 2 house module dimension, one is 9 x 18m module and 12 x 15 m.

The image of prototype house model from type 01 to 04 is using 9 x 18m module, consist of terrace, livingroom area, 6 bedroom, working room, service area, kitchen area and diningroom.

The image of prototype house model from type 05 to 08 is using 12 x 15m module, It has a similar rooms type but different in size from the 9×18m module.
