This Lehr Residence is the combination of two studio apartments owned by a collector of American Arts & Crafts furniture that serve as a new family residence and showroom for selected antiques.
Both apartments were restored into the original state and a new mezzanine platform was introduced to accomodate the sleeping quartes, an office area and a new master bathroom. The custom-designed stainless steel kitchen becomes the new center of activity on the ground floor.
